Our Lead Consultant

With over 20 years of experience supporting the homeless community and those with hidden disabilities, our lead consultant brings deep expertise and dedication to every consultation. Her work is grounded in a commitment to listen, understand, and advocate for those who often go unheard.

As a charity community relations executive, Louise builds strong partnerships with local organisations, government agencies, and community members to enhance support services and raise awareness of our mission. She coordinates outreach programs, organises fundraising events, advocates for policy changes, and manages communication efforts to foster community engagement and ensure initiatives are impactful. Her focus is on empowering individuals facing homelessness and poverty, creating sustainable solutions, and improving quality of life for those in need.

“I’m trying to represent fairness and equality within communities with integrity, honour, and high standards so that community members are able to have their say on how their communities are run. I aim to give the people the power of being heard in key decisions that affect their lives while finding solutions for poverty.

I must emphasise that I am a non-political, independent community representative, solely serving the best interests of the general public to combat poverty. My role as a visionary is to identify serious problems that the general public face when trying to access public services and support, find effective and efficient solutions to assist the most vulnerable, and guide meaningful change to ensure their basic care needs are met by all local public authorities and government agencies.

I hope that by working together, councils and communities can build better relationships through transparency, ensuring all voices are heard when delivering public services or making key decisions.”
